Dr. Elizabeth Gitau-Maina started LGM Health Advisory with a clear and personal conviction: that the professionals who carry the weight of any healthcare system, its doctors, clinicians, and health institutions deserve a trusted partner who handles the complexity of governance, compliance, and operations, so that they are free to do what they were trained to do: deliver exceptional clinical care.
A health systems strengthening expert with deep experience spanning medico-legal advisory, clinical governance, regulatory compliance, revenue integrity, and healthcare operations, Dr. Gitau has worked across the breadth of the world's healthcare ecosystem in hospitals, clinics, regulatory environments, and corporate health settings. She understands, from the inside, the pressures that healthcare professionals face: the ever-evolving regulatory landscape, the medico-legal risks that grow with every patient interaction, the administrative burden that can crowd out clinical thinking, and the financial complexity of running a practice sustainably in today’s environment.

Chief Strategy Officer
Steven leads the firm’s strategic direction, shapes its service offering, and builds the partnerships and market position that allow LGM to serve healthcare professionals and institutions across the region.
He brings six years of experience in the healthcare and health technology sector, spanning healthcare software and advisory in East Africa, alongside work with international organisations and networks. His background in healthcare SaaS, where he led growth for a healthcare software provider serving clinical and administrative needs, gives him a close understanding of how technology can reduce operational burden and improve care delivery.
That mix of local insight and global perspective helps LGM bring practical, proven thinking to the challenges its clients face.
