Meet Dr. Elizabeth Waithera Gitau
Dr. Elizabeth Waithera Gitau founded LGM Health Advisory with a clear and personal conviction: that the professionals who carry the weight of Kenya’s healthcare system its doctors, clinicians, and health institutions deserve a trusted partner who handles the complexity of governance, compliance, and operations, so that they are free to do what they were trained to do: deliver exceptional clinical care.
A health systems strengthening expert with deep experience spanning medico-legal advisory, clinical governance, regulatory compliance, revenue integrity, and healthcare operations, Dr. Gitau has worked across the breadth of Kenya’s healthcare ecosystem in hospitals, clinics, regulatory environments, and corporate health settings. She understands, from the inside, the pressures that healthcare professionals face: the ever-evolving regulatory landscape, the medico-legal risks that grow with every patient interaction, the administrative burden that can crowd out clinical thinking, and the financial complexity of running a practice sustainably in today’s environment.
